It’s our favorite time of year – Harvest!

Our cooler spring weather has led to the first September start to harvest since 2012 – for the past several years, we have begun harvesting grapes in August. It was nice having a longer summer break this year, but it is back to late nights and sleeping at the vineyards for Matt.

In the past few weeks, we have harvested Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Viognier. This week we have lots more picking, with Tempranillo scheduled for Wednesday and Syrah for Friday. That means if you come by the winery Saturday you’ll likely get to see the crush happening. Plus, we will have some yummy grape juice for you to taste!
