Talina’s favorite Thanksgiving pairing

When the holiday dinner parties approach, everyone in my family gets their potluck dish assignments. I always receive “wine”, which I take as a sign of respect for my wine knowledge and not a comment on my cooking abilities! My family is a strictly “Red Wine Only” crowd, so last year when I showed up with several bottles of Eleven rosé, there were understandable gasps of disbelief. “Is this wine?!” “Will it go with our food?!”  My answer is: Welcome to the hero of Thanksgiving dinner!
