HRB counters this displacement by conserving land for affordable housing through a community land trust, keeping homes affordable and accessible for generations to come.

Through homeownership programs, rental assistance, and home modifications that allow older adults and people with disabilities to stay in their homes safely, HRB is fostering the social connections and diversity that make Bainbridge Island thrive.
