Shipping Policy
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Eleven Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Eleven Winery are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, our current shipping states may fluctuate based on current permits. If you encounter trouble checking out and shipping to your state, please email us at orders@elevenwinery.com for more information.
At this time, in an effort to comply with complicated alcohol shipping laws, Eleven Winery cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
Shipping Costs
UPS Ground is Eleven Winery’s carrier of choice. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at check out. These rates are available to preview when you place your order.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Eleven Winery will hold shipments depending on the weather. If your shipment is delayed due to weather you will be notified and provided an estimated ship date. If the purchaser chooses to ship outside of our recommendation, Eleven Winery is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery & Returned Shipments
UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Eleven Winery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to reship returned packages.
If a package is returned, please contact Eleven Winery by emailing orders@elevenwinery.com.
Online Orders Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns & Cancellations
Eleven Winery guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at orders@elevenwinery.com.
Eleven Winery processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Wine Club Cancellation
Wine club memberships may be canceled with no obligation any time after the first year of membership. Memberships may be canceled via email at club@elevenwinery.com or in our tasting room or winery. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of cancellation for your records.
Eleven Winery reserves the right to cancel your wine club membership at any time. If your credit card is not updated for two (2) releases, your membership will be canceled. If you do not pick up wine for three (3) releases and not contacted the wine club manager at club@elevenwinery.com, your membership will be canceled and you will receive a gift certificate for the amount due. You will not receive a wine club discount after your membership is canceled unless you choose to rejoin the club.
