It’s time for the bottling truck

As the weather warms, the excitement of preparing for the first bottling of the year begins to build up. The anticipation of tasting the new wines is palpable and we simply cannot wait to share them with you!

However, before the wines can be presented to you, we need to go through the rigorous process of getting them into bottles. We are fortunate to have a state-of-the-art, fully automated bottling line that makes the job easier, but we still require a lot of skilled hands to ensure the process runs smoothly. It's a fast-paced operation that requires precision and attention to detail.

This April we aim to bottle a whopping 1,700 cases of wine (that’s over 20,000 bottles!)
