Today, we’re feeling like gold!

In the words of the immortal Macklemore “Today, we’re feeling like gold!" Our 2019 La Ronde has taken home a gold medal in this year's Cascadia International Wine Competition.

This vintage is a blend of 37% Petit Verdot , 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Malbec, 12% Carmenere and 4% Lemberger. The La Ronde is a Bordeaux-focused blend, but we’re not shy about adding a little bit of some non-traditional interlopers when it adds positively to the overall impression.

Get ready for complexity with flavors from coffee to cherries to cola to berries to vanilla making appearances. Drink in the shade with cola-braised pulled pork shoulder sandwiches, if you can find some. Otherwise, grab some a steak, meat pie, posh burger, smoked salmon, roast duck, cured meats, sharp cheddar, aged gouda, mimolette..yum!.
