Bottling Blitz is Coming! (a.k.a. April’s Gonna Be Grape)

Sound the alarms and clear the decks—bottling is coming this April, and we are PUMPED. The winery is about to transform into a whirlwind of clinking glass, flying corks, and happy chaos as we bottle up some of our absolute favorites from the 2023 and 2024 vintages.

This is the moment where the magic gets sealed (literally) and future deliciousness is locked into bottles, waiting patiently for you to pop them open and say, “Ahhhhhh.”

Here’s what we’re bottling:

🍇 2024 Roussanne – Golden, elegant, and smooth like your favorite jazz playlist.
🍊 2024 Viognier-O – Our skin-contact queen is back and ready to blow your mind again.
🔥 2023 Tempranillo – Bold, spicy, and just itching for a taco night.
🍒 2023 Lem – Juicy, joyful, and basically the life of the party.
🌲 2023 Lemma – Lem’s slightly broodier sibling—more sage, more structure, still a whole vibe.
🎩 2023 Motley Purist – A fancy blend for fancy (or not-so-fancy) occasions.
😈 2023 La Diavola – The little devil returns, and she’s bringing the heat.

Bottling days are a beautiful blend of science, timing, and caffeine. It’s all hands on deck, from early-morning prep to that satisfying final case stack. We laugh, we hustle, we maybe get wine in our hair—but by the end of the day, we’ve got thousands of bottles ready to go. And trust us, this lineup is going to be worth the wait.
