April at Eleven means one thing: it’s bottling time, baby! The winery transforms into a high-energy hive of activity as we take all that liquid gold (and ruby red deliciousness) and get it ready for your glass. It’s a little bit chaotic, a lot bit fun, and 100% worth it.

We’re bottling everything from the bright and aromatic 2024 Roussanne and Viognier-O, to bold beauties like the 2023 Tempranillo, Lemma, and spicy little La Diavola. Oh, and don’t forget Lem and Motley Purist—because we like our lineups stacked.

It’s the final step before these wines make their grand debut, and we can’t wait for you to taste what we’ve been working on.
